Information Session for the Resilient Global Digital Infrastructure (GDI) Fellowship

Don’t Miss Out! Register to Attend an Information Session for the Resilient Global Digital Infrastructure (GDI) Fellowship

UWI students, faculty, staff, and alumni from all disciplines—including STEM and non‑STEM fields—are invited to attend an upcoming information session to learn more about the Resilient Global Digital Infrastructure (GDI) Fellowship.

This initiative is designed to build a Caribbean-wide network of emerging leaders who will be trained to translate subsea cable resilience research into practical, locally grounded actions—before, during, and after disruptions.

The Fellowship offers a 12-week online programme with mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development, and the programme runs from May 1–December 31, 2026.

Be among 40 selected participants to become GDI Resilience Fellows.

Information sessions have been scheduled as part of the SubOptic Foundation Visits to provide you with essential information and clarity about the fellowship and the application requirements.

Upcoming Hybrid Information Session on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 | 10 a.m. Jamaica | 11:00 a.m. EC
