You are warmly invited to participate in Hidden Caribbean Figures: A Two-Day Research and Edit Event. This hands-on workshop is designed to guide scholars and librarians in editing and creating Wikipedia pages for Caribbean authors, helping to bring their significant contributions to a broader global audience.

Participants will work with data from the Visualizing Caribbean Literature database, which catalogues more than 4,000 titles by over 500 authors. Together, we will review and refine database records while developing and enhancing Wikipedia entries for underrepresented Caribbean literary figures.

To support your preparation, a detailed participant manual will be provided two weeks prior to the event.
We hope you will join us in this collaborative effort to expand access to Caribbean literary scholarship and amplify voices that have long remained unseen.
