Short Course

This course introduces foundational Spanish for professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry. It focuses on developing participants’ ability to interact with Spanish-speaking tourists in practical, real-world situations such as greeting guests, providing directions, giving tours, offering assistance, and collecting and giving information. Emphasis is placed on polite, clear, helpful and friendly communication using culturally appropriate language.
